  1. * Planning the stowage of cargo in the holds and on deck of the vessel;
  2. * Drawing up Prestow Cargo Plan;
  3. * Supervision control over the correct stowage and loading of cargo in holds and deck on the vessel;
  4. * Consultation and Verification of the execution of reliable lashing of the cargo;
  5. * Interaction for the best loading of the vessel and in the interests of the customer with the port stevedore and with all interested parties;
  6. * Daily report of the situation and the amount of cargo loaded on the vessel;
  7. * Daily photo report;
  8. * Prepares final supervision loading reports, final cargo plan and final photo report;
  9. * Discharging advice;
  10. * Hatch List of each holds and photos.

  Also at the request of the customer Port Captain can perform additional services:

  • Bunker survey;
  • On/Off Hire Bunker survey;
  • On/Off Hire condition survey;
  • Draft survey (initial & final).
